Fee information

At UpBeat Music Therapy, our session fees are designed to align with the NDIS price guide, ensuring accessibility and quality care for our clients. Our current session fees are as follows:

60 Minute Session: $193

This includes a 50-minute session with a therapist, as well as 10 minutes of note writing and documentation

45 Minute Session: $145

This includes a 35-minute session with a therapist, as well as 10 minutes of note writing and documentation

Report Writing (Progress Report): $193

It's important to note that music therapy is funded by the NDIS, and we cater to NDIS participants who are plan-managed or self-managed. Our session fees encompass the therapist's time, expertise, documentation, and preparation time to ensure our clients receive comprehensive and effective music therapy services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The full session fee will be charged for sessions cancelled within 24 hours. Sessions cancelled outside of 24 hours will not incur a fee, and all efforts will be made to reschedule the session at a different time.
